Thankful By Annabel

I am thankful for:

having a fun family;

having a cute dog;

having a sweet mommy and daddy;

having great sisters;

having enough money for things;

having a big house to live in; 

going to church and not having to go to jail because we are at church.

Last week the older girls and I went to hear a friend of ours talk about her mission trip to India. She gave an incredible presentation with a lot of pictures.  She shared so much about how difficult life is for the people of India.  What really stuck with us was the many many  orphans, how people live in tents that get washed away by rains,  and the tragic persecution for Christians.   I sometimes wonder what my life would have been like had I understood what Annabel does at such a young age.
